Why We Love It
1. Lot Location. This home has a corner lot right next to the neighborhood park and is located in the always popular Hoover Park. Being a corner lot, made it easier to feature a side-load garage allowing for more green space and landscaping on the front of the home . But what I really love is the backyard of this home. The wide lot has mature trees where I could picture a hammock - under the canopy and next to the pond - for a short afternoon nap. The yard does not stop there; it features a large multi-level deck with a gazebo, great for barbecuing or visiting with your guests. There is also a stamped concrete walkway leading to the side. It's all topped off with lots of flower beds, a small pond with a bridge, and it overlooks the natural park area across the street.
2. The Kitchen Hub. My favorite area of this home is the kitchen. As you enter you will hear yourself say “WOW”. It is the hub of the entry level and features large area with stylish cabinets, granite counters, large island, under-mount lighting, and all the kitchen appliances were updated in 2014. The room also has a eat-in area that is completely open to the family room. The back of the home faces SW so natural light flows into the rooms and you get a great view of the fantastic backyard too.

I already told you about my favorite space (the kitchen) which is open to the family room. This is large area and has an updated back door and patio overhang, completed in 2015.
