We have a specific process we follow to help our Sellers find the right Buyers....

Why We Love It
1. Like New. This home was just built in 2012, so everything is like new. You shouldn’t have to worry about replacing any of the “not fun to buy” stuff such as the furnace, hot water tank, or roof. Never ever in my life could I imagine having fun buying a furnace; I would much rather buy pretty floors or appliance. But guess what... you won’t have to buy those either!
2. Open Living. Today’s buyers ask us for open floor plans and we do our best to deliver. All of the main living areas here blend nicely together, so nobody feels left out. Spaces are defined more by their furniture and flooring instead of walls so you can be in the living room, eating space, or kitchen and see the rest of the rooms at the same time.
3. Best Lot Location. Not only is this lovely home situated on a large corner lot, but that corner sits directly next to a beautiful pond! A common negative we here about neighborhoods today is that the homes are all too close together... but you get some breathing room here. You will get to enjoy wonderful views and watch the baby ducks and various birds call this pond home.
What You Need To Know
As you pull up to the home, you are greeted by a lovely covered front porch and beautifully manicured landscaping.
First Floor: When you walk in, you will love the laminate wood floors that define a living room that is centered around a really cool, modern fan with overhead lighting. These floors are very durable and with the color variation, they should hide dirt really well! One of my pet peeves is sweeping floors, then a couple hours later, the particles of dust or footprints make it look like nothing was done. So when I was shopping for floors for my house, I literally put my foot on the sample to see if dirt showed up and I dis the same when I walked in here. Guess what... my print didn’t show on these floors! They passed my test and are “Kim Approved” ;-)
Also attached to the living room is a half bath and coat closet.
Space for your kitchen table awaits in the next area where a tall sliding glass door allows tons of natural lighting to shine in. This is also the entrance to your backyard.
The kitchen has black appliances, plenty of cabinet space, and a large pantry/utility area.
The combined dining and kitchen space is the perfect space to entertain. There is an entrance to the garage here as well.
Second Floor: Up the stairs you will find your owner's suite at the end of the hall. This spacious bedroom has newer plush carpet, a large window, and a relaxing color palette. You will absolutely love the HUGE closet! The builder made good use of the space above the stairs and created shelving for storage (or a great place to hide, if you are looking for a winning hiding spot during Hide and Seek).
You have a private doorway into the full bathroom as well.
The two other bedrooms are spacious with generous closets.
There is also second floor laundry for added convenience.
Community: This is an easy living community. The HOA takes care of cutting your grass, removing your snow and maintains the parks and other common areas.
We mentioned the large pond next to your future home, but we forgot to tell you that there is a church located across the berm behind you. That means you don't have to look into someone else's kitchen when you sit out back.
