Why We Love It
1. Living Spaces. Hardwood floors and crown molding bring that1950s character to the living and dining rooms. These two spaces are open to each other while a kitchen with nicer cabinets is just on the other side of the dining room.
2. Updated Bath. The main bathroom update was just finished with a jacuzzi tub, ceramic flooring, and new vanity with plenty of room to move around.
3. Exterior Spaces. There are options for outside living in both the front and back of the home. The front has a nice, covered porch and there is a concrete pad out back for a patio. The backyard is large and already fenced for you canine owners.
What You Need To Know
Out front, the home has a wide and deep driveway that could easily accommodate 4-6 cars. The front porch is covered and is a place to hang out or mingle with your neighbors.
As you enter the home you will notice the original hardwood flooring and crown molding that gives the home an authentic look. The living room opens up to the dining room (could also be used as an office) and then the kitchen.
The kitchen has plenty of storage, counter space, and even a pantry cabinet.
Back through the living room and down the hall are the three bedrooms and a full bath.
The bath was recently remodeled, it features a jacuzzi tub, ceramic flooring, and new vanity.
The full basement is divided in half. One side has open space and a full bath and the other side has the laundry, workshop, and still room for storage.
The large backyard is fenced-in and has not one, but two storage sheds. There is a private patio area with plenty of room to entertain your guests.
This neighborhood was the place to be in the 50’s and 60’s and has maintained that desired area to this day. The homes are all custom built with great quality. Located in is walking distance to park and several schools and just a short drive to shopping, dining, and entertainment.
