Why We Love It

Walk up to this 1,920 square foot home and picture yourself relaxing on the inviting front porch.

Enter the home and step right into the front living room. Formal or informal, you can choose how you would like to utilize this space because it's large enough for multiple uses.

From there, walk straight into my favorite spot, the family room and kitchen combo. This spacious family room opens right into the kitchen eating space which is perfect for large gatherings.

The kitchen has the most beautiful, gleaming, red oak hardwood floors that continue into the powder room and first floor laundry area. There’s an overhang on one side of the counters where you can add some bar stools for extra seating space if needed. The abundance of cabinets and counter top work space in this kitchen is just what the cook needs! Take advantage of the view to the back yard while enjoying dinner from the sliding glass doors in the eating space.

Walk up the steps and the high ceiling with light fixture makes it feel like you are in a grand hotel lobby.

You arrive in the large loft space that I spoke of before; with a closet in case you would like to turn it into a fourth bedroom.

The owner's suite is on one side of the loft and what a retreat it is! It's a huge room with space for a sitting area and your king size bed. In between the bedroom and your private bath are the closets. One on each side, so you can keep everything separate if needed. Walk into the bath and you will immediately see how therapeutic this space can be. Fill up the soaking tub with some bubbles or turn the jets on and relax the day away.

To the right are the other two spare bedrooms with walk in closets in both, so I wouldn't exactly call these spare. The other full bathroom is conveniently located next to these rooms.

The basement is just off the kitchen with a partial area that can be finished and a crawl space that is lowered so it makes for easy access to store all of those seasonal decorations. Poured walls add a nice touch.

The back yard has a large deck and still so much room for recreation. Fenced with the Koi pond in the corner, enjoying the outdoors is a given with this yard.

The Middle School is within short walking distance, and there are walking paths and a pond also in this area to enjoy.
