We have a specific process we follow to help our Sellers find the right Buyers...

Why We Love It
1. 3 Car Garage. At this price point and in this zip code, you won’t find many 3 car garages. In fact, over the past year, the average sales price for a home with a 3 car garage in this area is over $395,000. If you have bicycles, sports equipment, a boat, or need a workshop... a 3rd bay isn't a luxury, it's a necessity. A great feature of this 3rd bay is that it's extra long, extra tall, and has a garage door on the back wall to make it perfect for you boat lovers. Or you can open it up to the backyard to create a covered patio area.
2. Backyard. I know, I know... it’s winter and it’s cold, but just picture yourself sitting on this huge patio enjoying the beautiful backyard. The side of the yard that houses the shed has been fenced in to create a dog-run area to keep the rest of the yard "bomb-free"... so you can enjoy the rest of the area without worry. Our Sellers loved to play volleyball here (ask us how you can set it up too) and they even included Jeffrey in most of their games. Jeffrey is the lovely Cypress tree in the backyard and he liked to "assist" in the games from time to time. This yard is very large and well manicured so we know you'll find plenty of reasons to spend time back here.
3. Family Room. I love the feel of this family room. Anchored by a central fireplace and overlooking the backyard, it feels like the perfect spot for a comfortable chair and a good book. It's located off the kitchen and large enough to be your informal living space, but flexible enough to become a den if you prefer.
What You Need To Know
Pulling into the driveway, you can’t help but notice this well landscaped front yard and the large driveway with that extra garage bay. After you make your way up the stone and paver walk, you will be greeted by a welcoming front porch that is just the right size for a couple of rocking chairs.
First Floor: As you make your way through the updated front door, you'll find a foyer that offers a coat closet and room for an entry table. Notice the neutral color palette which runs throughout the house. A first floor powder room is located here as well.
To the left of the entryway is a large living room with hardwood floors and double windows that floods the room with natural light. The size of this room would allow you to use it for your daily living if you want to use the family room as a den (more on that later).
The hardwood floors continue into your formal dining room that is large enough to comfortably hold an eight person dining table and hutch.
From the dining room you make your way into a kitchen with plenty of cabinetry and counter space thanks to the additional bar area where you can grab a couple of stools and belly up to the counter. It’s a great spot to grab a quick bite or chit-chat while the food is being prepared. An updated stainless steel range, microwave, and dishwasher complete the space.
Adjacent to the kitchen is your family room. With a working fireplace and updated Pella sliding glass doors looking out to the paver patio and backyard, this space would make great den if you choose to place the large couch and TV in the living room.
Second Floor: Make your way up the beautiful hardwood steps when it's time for bed. Four bedrooms and both full bathrooms await you.
Your owner's suite has double closets, an updated ceiling fan, and your private bathroom has received updates as well. Like the rest of the home, the doors in here were updated with a white, raised panel design for a much nicer look.
I hate to tell you this but the bedroom next to this is actually larger than your master. It. Is. Huge. The other two bedrooms sit at the other end of the hall and all three of them share the central bathroom that got new tile floors a couple years ago.
When it's nice outside, you can open a few windows and hit the switch for the attic fan while you're up here. You'll be amazed how comfortable it keeps the house.
Basement: The full basement is huge. Half of it is currently be used as an office space and the other half is being used for storage and laundry. As you can see, neither half is lacking for space.
Garage: As we mentioned earlier. this 3 car garage is a HUGE benefit in this price range. I'm sure we'll have some Buyers who look at the home for this one feature alone.
Exterior: The backyard of this stone and stucco home is beautiful. It has a large paver patio, plenty of yard space, and mature trees (say hi to Jeffrey!). This backyard can hold large gatherings... or become the perfect spot to just sit back and relax and enjoy a quiet afternoon by yourself.
