Why We Love It
1. Yard. There are so many things I love about this house that is hard to pick my top three. But being an outdoor girl, I think the number one reason I love this house is because of the huge, tree lined backyard! I love privacy, but I also love having neighbors and everyday conveniences close by. With this home, you are able to have both. The yard is sprawling with plenty of space for your swing set, slip and slide [it'll warm up soon, I promise], and your very own salsa garden [I hope you share]. I can already imagine, coming home from a long day of work, firing up the grill, grabbing a cold beverage, and relaxing with my loved ones in this great back yard! Oh, and behind the tree line is Camp Chase Trail [more about that later].
2. Move-In ready. In today's world, people are busy... we understand. Between crazy work schedules, extra curricular activities, and unpredictacle demands of life, who has time to complete projects at home? I always think it is more fun to spend money personalizing a house with your style, than it is making the house “livable”. This house is way more than livable! Just think how nice it will be to not have to nag or be nagged about projects around the home because they are already done for you. We're here to keep the peace in the house! You are welcome :)
3. Basement. As an added bonus, this house has a partially finished basement that includes a potential 4th bedroom! Go ahead and pick up your new big screen TV and sound bar from Best Buy because your ManCave awaits. This is the perfect space for March Madness and Buckeyes games when friends come over... and for you to secretly binge watch your DVR'd shows on Bravo when they leave. For the friends that don't leave after a late game, remember that they can sleep down here as well!
What You Need To Know
This subdivision is nicely tucked-away and if you didn’t know about it, you probably wouldn’t know it was there all. It is a hidden gem and this home is located on one of the best lots back there!
As you walk up to the house, you will definitely notice the great curb appeal. The flower beds, landscaping, and front porch are very appealing to the eye. The brick adds a bit of richness and elegance to the home!
Entry Level: Stepping inside, you will love the high end, wide plank, dark laminate flooring throughout the first floor. To your right is the half bath.
Beyond that is your large kitchen. The granite counter tops tie the color of the floors, stainless steel appliances, back splash, and cabinets perfectly. The knobs on the cabinets are a tasteful accent to it all. The pantry is a good size and there is plenty of space for a table in the kitchen as well. A pass-through above the sink allows you to be a part of whatever is going on in the living room.
This same floors transition nicely into the large, yet cozy, living room. The log burning/gas fireplace is the focal point of the space and it has a nice mantle surrounding it. Two large windows and patio door allow a ton of natural light flow through the space.
2nd Level: When you walk up the stairs, a full bathroom is your first door to the right. Our Sellers just laid a beautiful ceramic floor here and they are accented by a new tile back splash.
The next door to the right is your owner's suite. The spacious room includes a walk-in closet, ceiling fan, and another updated full bath.
You will also find two other large bedrooms on this level.
Basement: In case you skipped the Why We Love It section above [shame on you], you need to know there is a finished basement in this home. There is room for a media area, office, or a 4th bedroom and still space for storage and laundry.
Backyard: Step out through the new patio door because you will love the large yard that backs to Camp Chase Trail. A large deck awaits your patio furniture so you can take advantage of my favorite feature of this home.
Don't know what Camp Chase Trail is? It's the Ohio to Erie Trail from London to Columbus (16.2 miles). If you're looking for some adventures, they do all sorts of activities. Be sure to Like their Facebook Page so you don't miss out on anything.
