Why We Love It
1. Backyard
A large (maintenance-free) Trex deck, travertine patio with a pergola, and built-in fire pit offer three separate areas to make any party a big hit and keep you outdoors every moment the weather will allow. While you are entertaining, the kids can even head over to a space of their own, a basketball court with “sport court” flooring.
2. Cul-De-Sac Living
The current homeowners love living on this cul-de-sac. It’s very peaceful and has limited traffic. It has an added bonus of a large stocked pond across the street, a wooded area at the end of the street, and a park right around the corner.
3. Upgrades and Extras
This home is packed full of updates and upgrades. I think my favorite is the beautiful Brazilian Teak floors that run throughout the family room, kitchen, and hallways. I love all of the maple cabinets in the remodeled kitchen, the heated floors in the bathroom, the extra storage in the finished basement, and the (why didn't I think of that?) conveyor system in the crawl space. But that's not all... you really need to see this home in person to appreciate all of the extras.

The landscaping in front of the home is warm and inviting, and the front porch is a great place for your morning coffee.
First Floor
Upon entering the home, you see the living room on the left. I can speak from personal experience and say that this is the perfect spot to watch Ohio State football games.
As you walk into the open kitchen and family room, you can’t help but notice the beautiful Brazilian teak hardwood floors that run throughout. The kitchen has been completely remodeled and offers plenty of maple cabinets and an abundance of counter space for your holiday feast. Even the refrigerator was given special consideration in this meticulous remodel.
You'll find room for your kitchen table as you head into the family room.
This cozy room has a fireplace, built-in bookcases, and a great view out to the backyard.
Down the hall from the kitchen, you'll pass a half bath on your way to the bedrooms.
The spacious owner’s suite has heated floors in the remolded bathroom.
The other three bedrooms are large and share the other full bathroom.
The first-floor laundry room is located back here as well.
Basement
The basement has been partially finished and is a great space for movie nights, a playroom, or a rec room. There is plenty of storage for all of your board games.
There is still room for a workshop, a workout room, and tons of storage.
The owners have installed a conveyor system in the crawl space to help slide out those heavy storage bins in and out with ease. GENIUS!
Exterior
The backyard is fabulous!
