Flex Potential
Two living areas are great but if you need another bedroom, or would like to have a more private master, this home is for you. A simple finish in the lower level will give you the fourth bedroom... or you could combine that area with the 3rd bedroom to make a large master bedroom. But what if you don't need three bedrooms, let alone a fourth?
