1. Floor Plan

The formal living room is to your right. Accented with crown molding, this space has an intimate and cozy feel to it.
The living room leads into the formal dining room, where a tray ceiling and updated chandelier add a touch of character to the room. I love that this room has no direct access from the hallway.
The kitchen is in the back of the home. Crisp white cabinets, light Corian counters, and stainless steel appliances make this space feel bright and cheery. With plenty of cabinets, counter space, and a large pantry, there is a place for everything.
The kitchen shares a large open space with a casual eat-in nook and a large great room.
The great room features a few windows bringing in natural light, a small vaulted section of ceiling for architectural interest, and a gas fireplace with a nice black and white contrast to it.
If you like to entertain, this space is perfect. I imagine friends gathering around the center island, while someone plays cards at one of the tables, and others watch a game on the TV. Then, once the crowds leave, you turn on the gas fireplace and relax for a bit before heading to bed.

Upstairs, there are four large bedrooms, two full bathrooms, plus a huge bonus room that could serve as a fifth bedroom or an upstairs rec room.
Each bedroom has a ceiling fan and your owner's suite has dual closets, one of which is a walk-in.
The shared bath has nice flooring and surround, while your private bath has a huge soaking tub, double vanity, and a stand-alone shower.
Exterior
The backyard is amazing.
Plan your perfect summer evenings with some kabobs on the grill, dining on the deck/patio, then a relaxing walk at dusk on the path right behind your yard.
With the tree line being so close, I am sure you will have some cute animal neighbors as well!
